I have always had a vision of how to create the perfect business. I always put my full focus and effort into my goals and don’t stop until I’ve reached them. Mantha Insurance Brokers Ltd. is no exception. As a businessperson who has touched many types of businesses, including hospitality and service, I can relate past experience to the situation at hand and find the optimum solution.

I give my customers what they need and see the value in satisfaction and comfort. My wealth of knowledge and experience has been acquired over many years and I help pass it on to our driven and caring employees, which shows through our quality service. I set out to take this business and make us one of the largest brokerages in Ontario, and today Mantha Insurance stands as a constantly-growing leader amongst our competitors.

Success is something I measure very carefully. I watch all aspects of this company, its staff, the industry and most importantly, the customers. I am truly thankful for every customer we have, and with constantly changing demographics, changing industry, changes in technology and business in general, I’m happy to say that Mantha Insurance comes out ahead of the pack.

We keep our customers happy with some of the best growth and retention rates in the province. Although we stand as a leader, I am always working to ensure higher levels of success, creating new goals and new benchmarks to keep us ahead of the curve.
